Heres a more classy version that ive been trying out alot, its emerging this season so get on it!
Hit up the liquid liner , line top lids as normal , but as you round toward the edge, sort of flick your wrist slightly but confidently toward your temple. Do not be surprised if you mess it up first go, in order for this look to work it must be neat! (unless you are going for the Winehouse look..eeek!) It's better to make a longer extended liner; you can always q-tip it off later. You can do it thick or thin depends on your eyes however the thicker you go the smaller your eyes may appear. The key is more about placement of wing, rather than the length initially. symmetrize your wings to your heart's content!
